Ceriah is a country with a short but prosperous history. It exists primarily as a puppet of Milan (pronounced mi-yan) and its primary language is Milanian. While maintaining its own independence in some ways the majority of its international representation, military and trade decisions are conducted by Milan. While Milanians and Cerians share history and media, Ceriah has diverged culturally, partially due to its more lax immigration laws. While certain Cerians speak of separating from Milan, they are the vast minority. Most are content. Rivalry between Ceriah and Milan is fierce in competitions, despite Milans oft overwhelming over-representation.
