The League employs a number of professional move tutors capable of teaching Pokemon moves they couldn't otherwise know. Each tutor will keep the Pokemon for training for three full days. After the three days is up the Pokemon will be capable of using the move to its fullest ability and can be picked up by the trainer. The League itself sets prices for all of the moves so they're consistent with all tutors.
